Customers who provide photographs, artwork, logos, music, text, video or other material confirm that they have the necessary permission or legal rights to allow Hono & Hiraya to use that material for the agreed purpose.

Customers are responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal issues arising from material they provide.

10. Event Décor & Hire Items

Unless expressly stated otherwise, reusable event décor and equipment supplied by Hono & Hiraya are provided on a hire basis only and remain the property of Hono & Hiraya.

Hire items must not be modified, damaged, relocated, sub-hired, sold or disposed of without permission.

Customers may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs where hired items are lost, stolen or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

11. Food & Allergen Notice

Customers must advise Hono & Hiraya of known allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before ordering food products, cakes, hampers or celebration treats.

Unless specifically confirmed otherwise, Hono & Hiraya does not guarantee that products are completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers should not assume that a product is suitable for a particular dietary requirement unless this has been expressly confirmed.

Customers are responsible for following any storage and handling instructions provided.
